When you open a Misano Payments account, your payment services are provided by Equals Connect Limited — an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 671508). Your relationship with Equals Connect is governed by the Equals Money General Terms & Conditions.

Misano Payments Ltd acts as a programme partner and client-facing service for Equals Connect Limited. Misano Payments is not itself a regulated financial services provider. Payment services — including the holding and movement of your funds — are provided entirely by Equals Connect Limited.
You may have a separate agreement with Misano Payments that governs your relationship with us. Equals Connect is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its terms or performance.
